Surgical orchiopexy is a procedure aimed at moving an undescended testicle from its abnormal position in the abdomen or groin to the scrotum and fixing it there. This procedure is usually performed on children with an undescended testicle condition, where the testicle has not naturally descended into the scrotum after birth.
