Professor doctor Hazem Rashed, finished his undergraduate training at Ain Shams University, had a special ophthalmology training as a house officer at Duke University (Durham, NC, USA) and his ophthalmology residency at Ain Shams University. He then went back to Duke University for fellowship and since 2003 has been a member of the esteemed staff of the ophthalmology department at Ain Shams University. He is now an associate professor and his clinics are in Heliopolis, Fifth settlement, and Downtown areas in Cairo.
He specializes in cataract refractive surgery, ocular surface disease, and dry eye. He provides state of the art services in these fields with his professional and academic backgrounds, most advanced and pertinent equipment, and exquisite team.
